IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE YOU PLACE ORDER

All prices for products listed on our website are inclusive of applicable import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees. SHI HENG (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED (trading as Solohour) ensures that orders shipped to customers are fully covered regarding standard customs duties and local taxes (such as PPN/VAT and PPh where applicable), so you will not be charged extra upon delivery for these covered items.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Solohour offers both in-stock products and made-to-order (MTO) products. MTO products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed and are subject to production lead times as stated on each individual product listing.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. Carbon fibre products may exhibit minor variations in weave pattern, finish, and panel gaps inherent to the handmade manufacturing process — these are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction (including specific regions within Indonesia), and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 6 — MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many products offered by Solohour are made to order. By placing an order for a made-to-order product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Production will commence after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

• Customizations or special requests must be confirmed prior to the commencement of production.

• Cancellations are only permitted before production has commenced. Once production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by us.

• Made-to-order products are custom-manufactured to your specific requirements and are exempt from standard return and refund policies once production has officially begun.

• Production lead times are stated on each product listing and are estimates only — minor delays may occur due to international shipping or local Indonesian customs inspections.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorised dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account information as needed.

SECTION 8 — TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE

All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of applicable import duties, Value Added Tax (PPN), Income Tax (PPh), and customs clearance fees for shipments to Indonesia. SHI HENG (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED (trading as Solohour) assumes responsibility for ensuring that these clearance and tax components are handled as part of our service. Customers may still be required to provide necessary personal identification details (such as a valid NIK or NPWP) as requested by local Indonesian customs or logistics providers to facilitate smooth delivery.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites (such as local Indonesian logistics partners or payment gateways). We do not monitor or control these tools or sites and provide access to them "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to third-party tools, websites, products or services. Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 — USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials, you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation or confidentiality obligation. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility for any comments posted by you or any third party.
